We entrust our deliveries to the following couriers: BRT, SDA and DHL.

Prices for ITALY start from € 4,90 up to 60€. Over this amount, delivery is free.
The cost for the rest of EUROPE starts from € 12,50.

If you are not happy with your product or the size you have ordered does not fit, follow these first 2 steps to return it - unworn and in its original conditions - within 14 days.

  1. Contact us
    Let us know that you want to make a return by emailing us at sales@loewenweiss.com, providing your order number and the courier you will use to send it back. We recommend returning the package with a courier that provides a tracked service, such as your national postal service, DPD, DHL, FedEx. Please note that the cost of the returned package is your responsibility.
  2. Prepare the package and send
    Fill out the “return form” that you received and place it inside the package, together with the packed product. Close the package, ensuring that it is properly sealed, and place the pre-printed address label in a visible position.

  3. Refund
    After we have received and checked your return, we will process a refund to the card used to make the original purchase. You will only be refunded for the cost of the product (any discounts and/or exclusive promotions excluded). We do not offer product exchanges.
